They were most famous for their biggest hit, the single 'Fresh Air' (from the album Just for Love), which reached #49 in 1970. Quicksilver Messenger Service formed in the beginning of the rock revolution in 1965 in San Francisco. The original line-up was supposed to consist of Dino Valente, Alexander 'Skip' Spence, John Cipollina, Jim Murray and David Freiberg.
